Services

Webgen provides web development, SEO, and design services as outlined in individual project proposals. Specific deliverables, timelines, and payment terms are governed by the proposal or statement of work signed before each engagement.

Intellectual property

On full payment, clients receive ownership of the source code, design files, and assets produced during the engagement, except for third-party libraries and frameworks that retain their original licenses.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client for that engagement.
